Booking details

1. Please phone +40 740166791 or +40 723389833 or email home@carpatbike.ro to check availability and to make a reservation.
2. Please read carefully our general information, all terms & conditions, tour details and FAQ's before booking one of our tours.
3. Fill in the booking form that you may find in the Download area section and mail it to our office. You may also book/inquire directly via our website using the online form below to ensure a quick reservation.
4. We must receive both your signed reservation form to our postal address and a deposit of 120 euros (standard tours) or 30 euros (2-3 days tours) to confirm your reservation.
5. Once received, we will send you an invoice issued for the holiday, together with a receipt for the deposit and the payment terms for the balance. If the booking is not possible then the deposit will be returned. Prior to your cycling holiday, you will receive a confirmation packet including detailed trip information, starting and ending places and times and other useful information.
6. The balance must be received at least 5 weeks before the start of the holiday. Where the booking is made 5 weeks of departure, the full amount of the holiday cost must accompany the completed booking form. Payment will be made by Western Union transfer or by bank transfer to "SC Carpat Bike SRL" bank account or our partner tour operator bank account, if it is the case. If we do not receive a Final Payment in the designated period, we assume it as Cancellation.
