How to book?

• Fill in the online booking form on our website to ensure a quick reservation.
• Phone +40 740166791 or email home@carpatbike.ro to check availability or to make a reservation.
• Read carefully our general information,  terms & conditions, tour details and FAQ’s before booking
• We must receive both your signed reservation form and a deposit to confirm your reservation and hold your spot.
• Upon receipt of deposit and signed tour agreement, we will send you an invoice  for the holiday, together with a receipt for the deposit and the payment terms for the balance. If the booking is not possible then the deposit will be returned less a 100 EUR administration fee. 2-3 weeks to your cycling holiday, you will receive an email package including detailed trip information and meeting info.
• The balance must be received at least 60 days before the start of the holiday. Where the booking is made less than 60 days of departure, the full amount of the holiday cost must accompany the completed booking form.
• Payment will be made by Paypal or by bank transfer to “SC Carpat Bike SRL” bank account or our partner tour operator bank account, if it is the case. If we do not receive a Final Payment in the designated period, we assume it as Cancellation.
